"Overall, the property is nice. It does need a little bit of work though to clean it up and give it a five star review. There’s dry rot on the front porch when you’re coming up into the house the gardens need some attention. The holly is pretty overgrown. It will reach out and grab you when you walk past it. That’s really the only two complaints. The interior house was perfect."

"My family had a wonderful stay at this immaculately clean home and enjoyed being in an area that had so many varied things to do. There were lots of wonderful restaurants near at hand as well. The upstairs balcony was very nice. The private beach was just a few minutes walk away though we never even made it as the days filled up so quickly in our September stay!"

"The house was beautiful and perfect for 8 adults and 2 children. It was clean, centrally located. Short drive to mystic and Essex. Close to 2 beaches-we chose the quieter one. We wished the cove was more accessible and not a drop down. Overall I would highly recommend"
