"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was great-lots of options available for either a quick bite or a sit down meal. The pool area is small, but clean and well maintained. If we come back, I would stay here again :)"

"Perfect Summer Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk to the white sand at Ocean Beach Park. The house itself is spacious, clean, and cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 7. We especially loved the large wrap-around porch for relaxing after a day at the beach.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a gas stove and lobster pot to a wine and coffee station—truly perfect for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor shower was a great touch after the beach, and the gas fireplace made the evenings cozy.Everything about this house made our trip so easy and enjoyable. It’s clear the hosts thought of everything to make it convenient and welcoming.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Had a wonderful vacation. Very nice house. TV on deck was wonderful, be sure to cover it in case of rain!! Had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in shower!!!! Plenty of TP and Paper towels! Lot of amenities we havent seen before A Beach passes were a hugh plus, thank you!"
"Sorry, this place needs work. The location is good, and the staff is sort of responsive.The AC / Air Conditioning does not work properly. I asked in advance of booking and was told the house will keep the temp at 70 if you close the shades. Nope, not even close. They sent a tech to the house who did some basic maintenance, but didn't fix anything. Slightly improved l, but I'm not convinced that wasn't due to the heat dropping a little. They followed up to see how things were after they sent a tech, and when I told them they still have an issue... Crickets. Next, the windows don't open - which I can accept, but when the there is no hood over range and the fire detector is directly above the stove, you will set it off when cooking.They have two tubs, neither usable. One won't stop water, an issue for bathing a small child. Didn't report it as I didn't get help in the AC. They comment about bugs... Well when you can visibly see light through around at least one doors, you can understand why they have bugs. They claim they have fans. They have useless ceiling fans in-between beds and one old stand fan that doesn't work properly. It can't oscillate, or keep straight unless you twist it until the fan can't move any more. Next, don't cheap out, get a season pass or two to the ocean beach park. It's common for this type of amenity with other rentals.I've never had a poor rental experience like this.Please improve and maintain properly.Good luck. "
"Everything was perfect for our family of three. The location is wonderful, with a shared private beach across the street, and a larger beach and boardwalk an easy half-mile walk away. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed to cook and relax on the beach. Since we flew in, we really appreciated the use of their beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Dawn was thoughtful, kind, and communicative. We hope to return in the future!"

"House was lovely after a renovation.Beach access is nice as just have to walk across street.Dishwasher broke but Alex came to replace. Process took longer than expected.Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans.Fridge/freezer is counter depth so enough space if not cooking for the week."

"We had a nice time, we came up to see Mystic seaport in the aquarium and we were able to go to the ocean right down the road. The host was very responsive and came over to filling holes in their fence since we brought our dogs. We really appreciated the quick turnaround with that."
