"Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.... A perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early (like I did) and are just wanting a bed for the night. Close to everything you need.... Bars, shops, restaurants, 7/11, etc etc. The girl who runs the place was an absolute saviour when the taxi that I booked to take me to the airport failed to show up.... "It's hard to know where to start when reviewing this Resort. I can never remember having such a hard time giving criticism when traveling. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with options for everyone regardless of your diet. The fish Tales restaurant serves thai dishes that will make you not want to eat off the property. The resort has kayaks and small catamaran s that are available for use free of charge also a great gym for workouts. Now with the best part, the staff here is absolutely incredible and will pamper you at every turn. I have traveled a lot and have never received service like they give to you without a hint of arrogance. If I have to fault this place at all it could be that their cocktails could be better, but I am cutting hairs. My takeaway is that if you visit Koh Samui and dont stay here, your missing out on a very memorable experience."

"This was an awesome find. The room was spacious and private with a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. There are several pools onsite. The balcony was complete with a spa bath big enough for 2 comfortably. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the setting overlooking the beach with the sea breeze was an awesome start to the day. I would definitely stay here again. The area was full of fantastic local dining spots. We sampled many in our 8 night stay."

"Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. We made so much use of the balcony, such relaxing couches to read and wind down in peace. The breakfast buffets were excellent, the hotel catered for our dietary requirements, even making my daughter gluten free, vegan pancakes and muffins! Shoutout to Chef Banana who did a Thai cooking class for me and my daughter, such a special experience. The kids club is lovely, plenty of activities for children to get involved with. The spa is fantastic, shoutout to Peng who provided the most relaxing massage I have ever had. The infinity pool and the room access pools were well maintained and clean, never felt too busy. The hotel is on a stretch of public beach where you can access water sports, food places, massages on the beach etc. Overall, one of the best stays we have had, all staff is friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the hotel itself was impeccable. Would love to return!"
