« In town for LA for our dance teams conference. We were out rehearsing and performing morning & night came to finally relaxed and it was so hot because the ac buttons weren’t working not to mention the tv was broke as well. I was so tired and had so much luggage from our show the last thing I wanted to do was switch rooms. Never again wish it could’ve been better »

« The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way. »

« Way over priced.The pool and hot tub were full of algae from a storm they had a full week before. Breakfast was not at all good. And was charged $28 for something that did not at all come close to matching free breakfast at Marriott, best western, holiday inn express or others. Flies in the lobby, breakfast area. The staff at breakfast were very rude. We were trying out hilton because it has been awhile since we had stayed at one. We will not be back. »

« Power outage in the area due to tornado watch. They didn’t offer alternative accommodation. I we have to spend te night on my truck with my puppies and wife. »
