The spacious house was built in Oct 2015 with 5410 sq ft. Plenty of space for entertainment and gathering.

Brand new silverware, linens and towels. 100% organic cotton linens for ultimate sleep comfort. Stocked Gourmet kitchen. TVs with Fubo and Amazon Prime. Office with multifunctional printer and Wifi for remote working. Treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine in basement.

Cookware includes: Air Fryer, Instant Pot, Blender, cookie sheet, kitchen scale, baking pans, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker (filters, regular coffee and decaf coffee provided).

Kids friendly: Playpen, booster chair, stroller, children books and board games.

Close to DC attractions, I-66, Rt 50 and Rt 29. 8 minutes to DC via I-66.
WALK to East Falls Church Metro, Westover shops and restaurants (e.g. Westover Beer Garden, Lost Dog Cafe, Thai Noy, Lebanese Tavern). As to shopping malls, close to Tyson's corner mall, Tyson's Galleria and Ballston mall.

Pets free and none smoking.

Long term stay is welcome.

The space
Sleep: 7 beds sleeps up to 13 people. Blackout blinds in the master bedroom are perfect for a good night sleep.

Main level: Kitchen open to family room. Fully stocked Gourmet kitchen with quartz counter. Oversized kitchen island with bar overhang for entertaining or cooking. 6 burner gas range with range hood venting to outside. Breakfast nook off kitchen. Separate dining room. Office with sliding doors. Verizon Fios high speed wifi is available for remote working. Hardwood floor throughout main level.

Cookware includes: Air Fryer, Instant Pot, Blender, cookie sheet, kitchen scale, baking pans, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker (filters, regular coffee and decaf coffee provided).

Upstairs has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a laundry room.

Fully finished Basement w/ large recreation room, an en-suite bedroom, and an half bath. Workout machines include a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a rowing machine.

TVs with Fubo and Amazon Prime in family room, master bedroom, and basement rec room. Two 55' TVs, one in family room and one in rec room on the lower level. One 50' TV in the master bedroom.

On a quiet and low traffic street. Fenced backyard with patio and natural gas grill. Plenty of free street parking.

Walking distance to East Falls Church metro that can take you to downtown DC. Within 5 minutes drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Target, Home Depot, Lee Harrison Shops, Eden Center and Virginia Hospital Center. Short drive to Costco and Regan National Airport.

Walk to Arlington County parks and trails.

Excellent rental for vacation or celebratory event.
I can’t say enough about how perfect this house was for holding my Daughter’s doctorate celebration. We had close to 50 people over for this celebration. The open floor plan was perfect to hold all comfortably. Everyone loved the decor and appointments of the home. Rebecca was very nice and responded immediately to any of my questions. I would highly recommend this home for your stay. It will not disappoint. Lots of comfortable bedrooms with an suite bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with two full size ovens. Nice size backyard. Cute front porch. Really one of the best homes we’ve rented through VRBO and we’ve been renting for over 10 years now.

Spacious
This house provided plenty of space for a family gathering where we could be together and still spread out. Communication with the owner and property manager was superb! Every house has it's little quirks, but they were manageable. It was a good space for our group.

Overall, good. The yard was scary. Grass needed cutting. Trees hanging to house and in driveway. Could not use backyard because yard needed cutting. Could not use grill due to filthy table in backyard. Three trash cans and they were full upon arrival. Hated pulling full trash cans to street. House inside was a good place to stay. Unfortunately could not use piano, which we all played and would have loved that. Built in microwave was awful, but owner replaced. Needed trash bags and trash cans inside were filthy. I think owner needs to go to property and check it for issues. As paid employee people skip things knowing it will not catch up for a while. It caught up on me unfortunately!

Fantastic Location...Roomy, Clean, Quiet, Convenient
This house is great! It is very clean and the rooms large. There are four bedrooms upstairs with three complete bathrooms, one bedroom downstairs with a complete bathroom and two twin beds in the downstairs recreation room along with a half bath. The main level has the office, living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. It is near the metro which is without a doubt the way to access the zoo and National Mall area. We were amazed by the number of birds we could hear and see, but otherwise the area is very quiet. There is easy access to Safeway, Target, and quick food like Chick-fil-a only a mile a way. The Costco was fairly easy to access as well though a bit further drive but worth it for this group of eleven who needed food for ten days. The only thing we wish the house had was cookie sheets, but we bought disposable ones at the grocery store and were fine. The owner is very responsive to questions too which is always helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. By the way, the master suite with the king bed is HUGE...even my 6'8" husband said the shower was big.

We rented this lovely property for a video shoot and it worked out perfectly. The house was immaculate and big enough for all our equipment. It's a beautiful house and very well maintained. Would definitely reocommend!
