Located on the quiet side of bustling King Street, stroll through endless indie shops, foodie spots, and open-air eateries by the river. The Space: Located on the second floor and delighted with everything you need for a cozy stay for two, the Prince Suite is appointed with a queen-sized sleeping nook turned cozy alcove. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the 40" pivoting flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests. Guest Access: Parking: Street Parking is either free with 2 or 3-hr limits or metered payable by street kiosk or the ParkMobile app (Zone 44515). Check sign for time restrictions. All street parking is free overnight starting at 9pm, all day Sunday and state holidays. Parking directly in front of the Inn is metered, free from 9pm to 8am. In fact, in my imagination, I would love to use it as a home base for remote work in the DC area. So convenient to everything and such a quiet and cute, modern interior in an classic walkup in Old Town. The only issue, which I think is VRBOs, is that we never received check in instructions through the VRBO messaging system and had to contact the property directly. But everything worked out fine!
