### Bright , sunny, and inviting 5 bedroom w/ a spacious floor plan + Movie Theater

Welcome to one of our best VRBO's and part of my collection of 10 Airbnb's. Ive been lucky enough host 1000's of guests, 5 years consecutively as a super-host and over 1100 reviews.  
  
Public Transportation to DC: Walk to Columbia pike and S Orme street, that’s a 8-10 minute walk from the house and take bus 16E. That bus takes you straight to DC.  
  
For instance one of the stops is 14th street NW and Pennsylvania Ave NW. That street is only 0.2 miles from White House   
  
Private Custom Movie Theater w/ cloud ceiling & 11 fully reclining seats and premium 13 speaker surround immersive speakers. Operates w/ fire stick connected directly to the projector so you are able to connect and sign into your streaming services. ($50 seperate fee per night to access but only charged if you want the theater)  
  
First Floor:  
  
Living room: large L shaped couch plus a 3 seater blue couch and 2 individual chairs. Plenty of space to sit your family and friends   
  
Kitchen: fully stocked with/ coffee station what includes keurig coffee machine and coffee/ creamers/ sugar. Pots and pans. Plates/cups/ silverware, Bakeware.  
  
Dining Room: 2 dining tables ( 14 seats total),   
Plus 6 barstools for up to 20 seats total.   
  
Arcade: Kid size Ping pong table, and basketball game  
  
Bedroom #1: 2 queen beds, walk in closet, full bathroom  
  
Second Floor:   
  
Bedroom #2 ( King Bed): Smart TV, King bed, Walk in Closet, and en suite full bathroom.

The property was nice; however, the communication with the host was less than expected and sometimes the responses received were inappropriate. We did not have cleaning supplies, the water pressure was low making bathing difficult. Also, there were insects in the kitchen and the bathroom. There were not sufficient hangers for our clothes although we had large closets.

The home is beautiful and in a great area. - Everyone said the beds were super comfortable. - Very spacious home.- Cooking items were plentiful. - Some of the dishes were dirty.- The showers heads were clogged which meant there wasn’t much water flow. This was consistent with most of the showers. (The heads need to be cleaned or replaced). In the master bedroom shower, the overhead shower was not flowing well.- The front door wouldn’t stay closed if the door wasn’t locked.- The first floor bedroom stayed cold even though the heat was on.- Several of the couches had stains.- Bugs were observed throughout the house.- The oven wouldn’t heat up well. It took a long time to heat our food.- The large microwave someone’s displayed an error message.
