Very nice accommodations and the location is close to everything you could need during a stay. Many great restaurants a short walk away, coffee shops mere steps from the front door. If you stay for the weekend the farmers market is a must! Get the burrito! Overall, one of the best if not the best VRBO stay I have had. We stayed at this property with our two kids over spring break and we could not have asked for a better rental. Location was everything! Starbucks, CVS, LaMadeline (breakfast) & free trolley stop (to the metro) were right outside the front door. The property was only two short blocks from the waterfront and best restaurants. There’s even a fun wine bar next door. Parking was very easy right across the street. The property was immaculate & perfectly clean, which is always the most important aspect we look for in rentals. The owner truly thought of everything - well stocked with hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner & snacks upon arrival. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen was well stocked. The beds & mattresses were extremely comfortable and the bedding & pillows were high quality. There were blackout blinds on all the windows. Our kids loved the fun games in the living room & the decor is even more beautiful in person. The door locks were easy to use and very secure. We are near and within walking distance from Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and free secured covered parking. We used Uber extensively though metro is nearby.
