« Upon arrival our room keys we were given didn't work, then we had to be assigned a different room in which the TV didn't work and we couldn't connect to WIFI because they had assigned a different name to our room. We fixed the TV problem ourselves and they fixed the name issue. Then on it second night our room keys were deactivated and we had too get new ones issued. All in all the staff was eager to help fix issues but the issues shouldn't have occurred to start with. »
