At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier.
