« Personnel super aimable, service A1. La chambre présentait plusieurs taches de moisissure dans les bas de murs ainsi que la fenêtre de la salle de bain + rideau de douche. Le tapis de la chambre était très sale (on voit que les contour de murs ne sont pas lavé ni les dessous de lit. Nos bas étaient noirs. L’air climatisé et le réfrigérateur étaient fonctionnels. Les lits étaient propres et confortables. La pression de l’eau de la douche était bonne comparativement aux autres commentaires....

« When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

« I never received any information with the code to get in the door. I assumed it was like a regular in with a check-in desk.therefore we could not get into our room. There was nobody there that could help us and there was nothing we could do about it! We ended up having to go to another nearby hotel. Very disappointed. Going to fight paying this bill!! »
