« Only one tv for 6 people, no internet or tv service for first 24 hours. Had to use our own streaming services to watch anything. No lamps on bedside nightstands. Some windows didn’t open. Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott. »

« This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. »

« Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street.
