The staff were friendly and very helpful, my luggage was taken to my room while I was out owing to an early arrival, then I was shown to my room when I returned. The food was very good and hot when brought to the table, plus advice on wine selection, dietary requirement catered for. It was very hot during my stay and the air conditioning was great, bed was very comfortable. "
