Able to accomodate up to 7 guests, its an ideal retreat for families, and groups, seeking a tranquil getaway. A sun drenched property, with open plan living and one of Wanakas best decks providing expansive views accross the surrounding mountain ranges. A two story property with the master bedroom, kitchen and dining/living spaces upstairs in a sun filled area, all of which open to the expansive deck offering incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Downstairs, 2 bedrooms, laundry and further living space with activities and a second TV. For winter an outdoor storage shed for ski gear including a boot drier that will take up to 6 pairs of boots. Complimentary fibre wifi ensures you can remain connected throughout your stay. Enjoy dining or lounging, inside or out with the outdoor furniture and dining table and chairs. The house is very clean, dry and warm and has everything you would require for a winter holiday - including a bonus of beautiful snow capped mountain views. The house is split over 2 levels and has 2 'living' areas - which was convenient when the teenage boys wanted their own space. Being in Wanaka, you are located conveniently close to both Treble Cone and Cardrona.
