Whether you`re visiting for skiing, hiking, biking, or a family holiday, this home provides plenty of space for everyone to gather and unwind.

The Space

The home features a bright open-plan living area, a large dining table for shared meals, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need for your stay. During summer, enjoy indoor-outdoor living with the BBQ and manicured lawn. In winter, cosy up in the lounge with plenty of comfortable seating for games and movie nights.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire five-bedroom home, including off-street parking with plenty of room for multiple vehicles and a boat.

Lakeview Properties provides complimentary starter supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, body wash, and hand wash. These are starter supplies, so additional items may be needed for longer stays.

Guest Verification & Guest Portal

For the security and comfort of our guests and property owners, all guests must complete our guest verification process before arrival, regardless of the booking platform used.

Verification is completed through our SuiteOp Guest Portal, where you`ll find your check-in and check-out details, access instructions, house information, Wi-Fi details, and helpful Wānaka recommendations before and during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
