This two-story home features four bedrooms. The Master bedroom bedroom has an ensuite and 3 bedrooms have door opening to the lush garden. The fourth bedroom is a stylish garage which has been converted into a comfortable bedroom/playroom for the kids with a bunk bed and a roll away bed. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens out onto balconies that capture the sun. The kitchen is modern with an island, designed for family living and fully equipped. The views are lovely to the mountains with peeks through to the lake. Just a 10 minute bike ride or easy stroll to town around the lake's edge. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 King singles Bedroom 4: 1 Double with Single Bunk on top and 1 single \*\*\*Portable cot with bedding and portable highchair available for hire at an additional cost\*\*\* ADDITIONAL FEATURES: \-Gas fire \-Heat pump/ air conditioning \-Heaters in bedrooms \-Rice cooker \-Blender \-Hand mixer \-Coffee plunger \-Gas BBQ This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels. Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. There was more than enough room for us all, we didn't even use one of the rooms, the house was very clean and tidy. It was also very warm which was appreciated given the cold temperatures. Location was great, could easily walk into town and then just at the bottom of the street was access to a lovely walk along the lake into town. Could easily house two families.
