"The reservation we had was for a king bed city view room. When we checked in, the room that was reserved was not available. The lady that checked us in was extremely sweet and apologetic and we were given a discount off of our stay with a comparable room minus the city view. The other gentleman at the front desk was equally pleasant even though his guests that were being checked in had an issue with their reservation as well. The TV was not working so the same lady at the desk brought us new batteries for the remote but we discovered that the cord was not functioning properly. She did everything she could to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was unfortunate that the lounge was closed but overall we enjoyed our first stay at Radisson. We will book our next visit because both of the front desk associates were phenomenal and did their very best!"

"A friend and I stayed at the property to attend a concert. The room was a bit pricey for the offering, but the service was fantastic. From the front desk to the bar after the concert, the service staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, but basic. Could use a little updating. The hotel was within walking distance of the venue, which made it convenient and the reason we chose to stay there. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and the valet was closed and no parking in their garage. I would give the service five stars and the hotel three for an average of a 4 star rating."
