"Mold was on tent, pine straw was covering porch and walkway was overgrown with weeds. Cooler of provided ice had leaves in it. Grass was in the bed. Furniture was worn. Was told not to plug up refrigerator because we wouldn’t need it. Golf cart only had a little gas and gas cans were empty. Extremely disappointed. First bad experience with VRBO after many stays elsewhere."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beatiful river home. We enjoyed the privacy, river views and the large property. We built a fire in pit and spent hours outside taking it all in. Amazing host, very responsive."
