"Our bed was slanted towards the headboard, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The closet door wiuldnt shut and the mirrors were coming off the doors. There was a layer of dust on the furniture. There was mold growing on the carpet. The jacuzzi tub didnt work. If i could give negative stars i would. "

"We checked into a smoke free room, and there was a terrible cigarette smell. We had to check out 2 hrs after checking in because my asthma could not support the air quality. I was super disappointed. At one point I opened the bathroom door and the smell was so strong I almost fainted. It was a terrible experience at this location"

"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "

"I enjoyed the hotel, although I am used to newer hotels, the hotel was great prices, clean, and comfortable. Great value. They had a laundry area for guests to use which was very helpful. "
