Après avoir informé le personnel et comme ils ne pouvaient corriger la situation, on a nous a donné un rabais de 30 $. Comme on n'y passait qu'une nuit, cela nous convenait. « I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. »

"Baissez vos attentes… Hôtel qui est une propriété de HIE, mais qui est géré par « Jamsan Hotel Management Inc ». C’est la raison pour laquelle c’est défraîchi et moins propre que les autres Holiday Inn Express. Lits et oreillers très confortables, bon déjeuner. Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer (table de nuit non lavée, ongle d’orteil sur le plancher, portes et poignées de chambre de bain et de la chambre très sales). Chambre devrait être mieux insonorisée. Chambres communicantes disponibles."

"Horrible. Une chambre sale et vétuste. Des draps sales. La douche qui part en morceaux. Ça sent la crasse dans les couloirs. C est hyper bruyant. Il y a des gens qui doivent habiter l hôtel à l année. Musique à fond, cris, hurlements la nuit...bref on N a pas dormi de la nuit. Allez ailleurs"
