"Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! "

" We choose to stay at Marriott properties because of a high standard of cleanliness. This property is not up to par. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher at check-in. The fridge handle was completely missing. The overhead light in the kitchen was burned out. Air-conditioning not working. The tub drain was disgusting. Dried urine at the base of the toilet. Phone did not work. We took photos of it all to document it and have reported it to the Residencer Inn Corporate offices. To top it all off we were charged $360 more than our receipt shows we should have been charged. After several calls to the hotel to try and resolve the issue we gave up and went to corporate offices. We have never written a bad review before...but this property really needs to up their game. It is terrible!"

"It's always clean and neat when visiting Lauberge in Baton Rouge, La. Plenty of self parking in the garage or lot. Or you can valet for free. Only thing I miss when I visit is having a minifridge in my room. But the positives far outweigh a minifridge. "

"Breakfast was good and the parking felt safe. I had booked a nonsmoking room for 3 days , we checked in late and was put in a smoking room. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. The room had no shower curtain or working iron. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to have my room changed. They were very helpful and changed my room. All the workers I came in contact with were friendly. I would stay there again."

"Everything look newly renovated. There system went down in the morning so no breakfast and no check out paperwork sucked a little but hopefully that’s not a normal occurrence."
