« This was my second time staying at a unit at this property. The location is perfect, close to Waldport and a short drive to Yachats and Newport. The units are clean and cute with great beach views. Will be staying again in May. »

« Great place :) Clean, no clutter. Great location. Love that there are beach towels and assorted teas and a map to the beach <3 Willard the cat didn't bother us at all. And incase anyone is wondering, , the place was hair free and doesn't smell like animals. We plan to come back and have already shared with others. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« The Sea Gem was very clean, beds were comfortable and furnishings in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped. As far as location goes, it was excellent, right by the ocean with access to the beach. It is obvious that a lot of thought has been put into this property to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here if we are in the Newport area again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and replied very quickly. Great place & great experience! »

« My girlfriend, dogs, and I stayed in what we called “the hobbit house” in the middle of a rainstorm and it was epic! The covered patio area was perfect to watch the rain, and still stay dry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of activities to keep busy. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but within an hour the repairman was out and made reset the switch. He was super friendly and told us about the area. We didn’t walk to...

« I had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Newport! It's a great location with most things in town under 10 minutes away. A central location for coastal exploration as well. I love that it has a washer and dryer and the kitchen was easy to use. Would definitely stay again! »

« We enjoyed our 1st vacation in 12 years- and definitely will be back! Very clean! The manager was very communicative. We loved the easy access to the beach especially since we have dogs. We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :) »

« Home is comfy, cozy with amazing views. Its close proximity to beach js a bonus and we had so much fun. Home is well supplied for a lovely family gettogether. Thanks to the well kept home. Property manager did not respond that was thef only thing i will point out. Thankfully we dint have any issues to reach out to the local contact manager so it worked out well. We will certainly recommand the home. »
