« Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees. »

« The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows. »

« We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get. »

« Worst VRBO experience we have had. Easy things: dated, uncomfortable furniture with stained cushions. Feels like Brady Bunch house. Crumbs on rug in living room.Dated curtains, 80’s gold bathroom fixtures with missing light bulbs. Dated kitchen appliances with refrigerator that never stops running very loud. « There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work. »
