We loved the room and spa, the service was excellent. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Very convenient for visiting the krimml falls area and dog friendly.

המלון, השירות, הבריכה החמה והמקורה, הכל היה מצויין, אדיבות פקיד הקבלה שלקח אותנו עד החדר והראה לנו את החניון ולכל שאלה ורצון נענה בחיוך, בהחלט נחזור למלון זה.

Such a lovely place, perfect for the money
One of the biggest rooms we stayed in had a couch, big tv bed and the best bathroom, I wanted to stay in the shower forever. The area is beautiful and they take very good care of this place. Family owned

Direkt (50m) am Gondeleinstieg ins Skigebiet gelegen! Näher dürfte keiner sein!? Alle sehr freundlich. Gute Tiefgarage mit mehreren E-Ladesäulen. Sehr gute Auswahl für ein gesundes Frühstück. Auf ein Wiedersehen! Danke!

Wir sind schon das zweite mal hier gewesen. Super Lage auf dem Gerlos mit gigantischem Ausblick. Sehr gutes Essen und riesen Frühstücksbüffet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Gondel. Das Frühstück war super, mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl und frischen Köstlichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist empfehlenswert.

Man ist noch in den Vorbereitungen zur Sommerzeit, das merkte man von der Abwicklung und im Restaurant. Zur Zeit ist auch eine Baustelle, die Bitte erwähnt werden sollte, das es in der Woche halt laut morgens wird. Schöner Wellness Bereich, der Pool angenehme Temperatur, jedoch mit Kleinkindern ist es laut und die kleinen nehmen den Pool fast für sich ein. Tolles Restaurant, bei den Speisen hätte ich gerne auch ein Gericht mit Hähnchen oder Pute gewünscht.

Perfekt skihotel med god beliggenhed lige ved gondol og mulghed for at stå på ski helt hjem til hotellet. Lækker mad og god service. Rigtig god til familier ligger i rolig alpe-landsby.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bei unserer Ankunft sogar ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten (die Panorama Suite ist wunderschön). Unser Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber, das Essen lecker.

Great.
Great place, great people, great service. But i would not call it spa area ( alltough all of the spa facilities) because when a family of 5 comes in to be in the pool with all their scuba-gear on, the spa feeling quikcly disappears. And maybe some of the custumer information ind english. EG the hotel information in the rooms.

Skøn udsigt
Fantastisk hotel med en formidabel udsigt. Vi havde halvpension og morgenmaden var komplet og lækker, aftensmaden bestod af 3 retter og alt var rigtig godt. Næste gang vælger vi dog nok kun ophold med morgenmad, da deres Alm. Menu kort så meget indbydende ud. Ved ankomst fik vi et iskoldt glas prosecco og da vi tjekkede ud fik vi et glas marmelade. Super venligt personale og helt sikkert et sted vi kommer tilbage til

Godt hotel med dejlig udsigt
Dejligt hotel i Østrigs bjerge. Dejligt værelse med perfekt udsigt over bjergene og med lille altan. Dejlig opvarmet swimmingpool. Hvis jeg skulle sige noget der trak ned var det resturantens mad, ikke den bedste, men fin nok. Vil klart anbefale det til alle der elsker Østrig.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Der Ausblick ist megaschön. WIr hatten ein Panorama-Appartment. Das Appartment war funktioniell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Restaurant ist top mit sehr leckerem Essen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen direkt gebucht), sehr gute Flexibilität, wenn etwas nicht zusagt. Wellnessbereich (Nacktsauna) könnte größer und moderner sein, aber das ist schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Team ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend
