« Easy check in process, and overall very clean place. Was pretty central and plenty of things to do as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku. Very convenient if you are traveling to Japan with a larger party. »

« This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks »

« We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area »

« If you’re with friends I would recommend for a group of 4. We had 6 people and 3 slept on a futon. The place was clean but some areas had film on the walls. About a 14 minute walk to nearest station. »

« House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing it’s kinda far from the city but overall great stay. Host was responsive and nice. »

« House was very comfortable. Located very near to train station so very convenient. We weren't aware that the homeowners actually lived there, but they are very nice and can communicate easily via Google translate. The only issue we had was the very steep climb at the end of each day to the house. Other than that a very nicevstay.and 1st day with luggage.clumb atvthe »
