"Nice hotel, good location, very clean, the beds were very comfortable. "

"This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Between the air conditioner making weird rumbling noises and the sink dripping constantly through the night, neither of us got much sleep. The room was dirty: grease prints from the back of somebody's head on the headboard, hair in the shower, stains on the carpet, and the sink handle was broken. They're doing renovations, so there are screws all over the parking lot and piles of trash lying around. It was a bummer to have to pay for parking in a lot that felt like a minefield for getting a flat tire. Also breakfast was pretty gross. The staff was friendly enough, and I'm sure running a hotel during renovations is a challenge, but this was definitely not worth the $200+ we paid for one night."

"All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed "

"Staff was not responsive to messages through hotel.com and the wifi was so bad, it was unusable. There is also currently construction right next to the hotel, making mornings unpleasant if you're in a room near it, but i know that is just temporary so can't be too mad about it. "

"This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return."
