"First of all, the guy at the front desk made my check in experience one of the best I've had anywhere in the world. I know what you are thinking,. "It's just check. How good could it be?" He was so helpful and gracious of his time in asking us how we were doing and what our plans were in Waco. He gave us a quick rundown of the area and offered several recommendations of places to go. Room on the top floor had a great view. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Front desk even called the room to make sure everything was ok and sent up some extra water bottles for the room. Called down for extra pillows and they showed right up. In a time were exceptional customer service is kind hard to find, it was refreshing to walk into this place and be greated with smiles and exceptional enthusiastic customer service. Also, lots of food/drink options within walking distance next to the river."

"We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Waco was fun visiting Magnolia and doing some shopping. It was nice to come back to this property in the evening and sit together in the living space. Bedrooms beautiful and comfortable. Thank-you !"

"This house was amazing. The backyard was magical. Mark and Tiffani are wonderful hosts. All the tiny little details made you feel like you were at home. There was nothing you could need that wasn't there. If I could rate as tens, i would! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed if you book this property."

"This was an annual sibling trip along with spouses - had a wonderful time! This house reminded us of our growing up in an older home on Tres Palacios Bay. This house has been beautifully restored by Fixer Upper. We especially enjoyed the front porch and were amused when a wine tour bus stopped for about 5 minutes as the house was on their tour route. The location is excellent and very convenient to the fine restaurants we dined at."

"My daughter had an event she attended our first evening so I entertained myself with the Waco picture history books! It was great! We had everything we needed or wanted. The very rainy next day Andy met us with umbrellas which we greatly appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to rain. Such a comfortable place to stay! Thank you!!"
