"The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. "We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay."

"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. Al reservar te mandan las "reglas de la casa" y especifican que esta prohibido drogas, fumar y prostitución... pues el departamento con solo abrir la puerta apestaba a cigarrillo. Eso no es directamente responsabilidad de Alphabet, pero sí de quien lo renta. En general, muy bien.
