"The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. While we were advised that bed linen would be changed every third day, our room was serviced daily throughout our week-long stay. Our bed sheets and pillowcases were changed at least four times during the week, and housekeeping consistently replenished toiletries, fresh towels, and bottled water each day. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"It was a very convenient location. The staff were very helpful to begin with. We had the convenience of doing laundry cooking our food at our own place and the room was kept clean by the staff. We’ve been there multiple times and this year coming December we’re going there again for my son‘s wedding. We had a very good time and we really loved it."

"I highly recommend this property for before and after international flights. It is well managed! The rooms are basic but well maintained for a moderate property. The coffee shop and dining area, as well as the gift shop are all well managed and exceeded expectations…great amenities to have for a layover. The pool area is also beautiful and well shaded and especially great for families with children due to the water slide. I would book here again for a lay over!"

"First off, staff are amazing. However, rooms are very dated and lack power points on one side of bed. Luckily we had an extension cord. Shower/toilet sliding door is VERY heavy and requires some admin to use Wifi is an extra. Really Hilton. Do better. Overall nice pools etc but needs to have an upgrade"

"Staff were friendly and generally efficient. Great pool area and good choice of restaurants with good quality food. Good for a short stay on the mainland. Room was clean spacious and up to date. We had a pool side room on the second story and exactly half way down the Naisoso wing the main pool area but still had a nice view of the water. We have two adults and one teen in the room and we didnt feel cramped. My only complaint is that the volume of the music they played by the pool and the seafront bar which seemed to be excessive, not relaxing and made it impossible to have a conversation. At one point there were three competing stereos. The ranch slider on the room balcony was well insulated so night tome noise didnt bother us at all. Special mention the breakfast which I thought had great selection."

"Hi , The resort has undergone some upgrading which is good since 2016/2017 when we were last there. The nurses are spacious and generally well maintained in terms of cleaning however they are tired. The staff are generally friendly and good to deal with. We met up with a few from 2016/2017 who continue in evidencing Fiji hospitality of the old days. I don’t know that new staff are continuing with that same d style hospitality . Keisha/ Samantha / Miri / sala/ Anup / Sarona/ Vase our housejeroer for her beautiful note on our departure . Lovely staff to mention. One of the things we recommend is more loungers out and away from the pool areas. Not everyone likes to sit around the pool all the time. A really bad experience going into Jacks to buy gifts. They ounce on you and literally follow you around as if you are there to steal not to buy. We did complain about it . Although we bought gifts at the clothing section we did not buy with our discount clincher anything more. We have been travelling to Fiji for over 20 years and bought a lot of things from Jacks however will never support that business again as they are so unwelcoming and rude. Thanks for a nice mini break"
