"**Exceptional Stay at a Balcony Room Overlooking the Ocean** We had the pleasure of staying in a balcony room facing the ocean, and it was absolutely exceptional. The views were breathtaking, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were lovely, embodying the warmth and kindness that the people of Fiji are known for. One thing to note for travelers from places like Canada is the pace of service. It is leisurely, reflecting the laid-back 'Fiji time' culture. This slower pace is part of the charm, but it's something to consider if you are accustomed to quicker service. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered well to all tastes. Every meal was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine. Overall, if you're looking to unwind and embrace the serene, loving atmosphere of Fiji, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Just remember to adjust your clock to 'Fiji time' and prepare for a truly relaxing experience! Golf nearby is exceptional. My husband and I rated as good as a plantation l, Maui, Hawaii, only that it doesn't have a restaurant. Maybe not as highly manicured as the plantation but coming close. There are two ponds filled with lilies. We traveled in May and we were blown away. "

"While the facilities in parts are a little old/dated, the staff are amazing plus location is awesome. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean Bure. Each day we would walk straight out front of our bure and into the fairly shallow coral reef and snorkel. Lots of colourful, beautiful sea life. Also used the free kayaks too. Very protected, easy access. When tide got low, we just walked back to nearby bure and had a hot outdoor shower. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend. As mentioned earlier too, staff are fantastic."

"A very nice hotel in a great spot for the airport, it is literally just across the street. The airport shuttle was useful but we could have walked it was so close by. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for our 1 night stay. The pool area was nice, the food in the restaurant was fairly good, probably about average for hotel food. We would stay here again if in Fiji"
