"The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good. I cant say that about the dinner buffet. I gave stayed at the Bai Hotel 3 or 4 times over the last few years. It is my opinion that the quality of the food in the dinner buffet has really gone down hill. It was much better in the past."

"We were greeted with a beautiful plate of chocolate. The hotel staff were great. From check in to check out they were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the woman who checked us in for breakfast every day. We used the gym which is small, but it was perfect for a short workout. We also used the pools every day, which was great and refreshing. I had a massage a few times with the hotel masseuse. I used the same lady every time and she was incredible. We also got drinks at the pool lounge. which looked and tasted great. The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of everything so you can walk in both directions and see many things. I would recommend staying here and would stay there again myself."

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional.
