« Vidal Homes Resort in Dauin was a really enjoyable stay. MJ, Tes, and Jerson were my favorite staff members—both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating the whole time. The restaurant food was amazing, and the overall service stood out. Every staff member consistently greeted me with “Good morning, sir” and “Good night, sir,” which made the resort feel warm, respectful, and well-managed. « Très agréable hôtel/lodge, accès direct à la plage Après c est loin d être luxueux comme il l Affiche… les chambre spacieuses, mais mériterai d’ être repeinte, aussi la salle de bain. La literie très moyenne, le matelas sans aucune alèse ou protection, juste un draps qui le recouvre… Après grosse déception pour la piscine, l eau était si trouble qu on ne voyait même pas le fond et donc ne m’y suis même pas baigner. Le resort est vraiment agréable sinon, mais il faudrait vraiment que...

« The air conditioner leaked the entire time. Their fix was to put a rug where it dripped which was right in the walkway to the bathroom. The food was pretty expensive compared to the rest of the area nearby. The roads to the resort caused us to wreck and also I heard there was three other wrecks the same week. The pools are all empty and although the staff worked on one everyday, we never were able to swim in the pools. The island is beautiful of course but that isn’t really the resorts...

« I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. I had to complain, debate, and show them the listing to...
