The house was so beautifully appointed with plenty of space to spread out but also lots of space to spend quality time together in common areas. The pool was perfect for us to lounge all day Sunday watching football together. The top floor was awesome, where we could all spend time together preparing meals and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with grear appliances and cookware...anything you need!! The house is so close to the beach, making it super easy to go back and forth between the two. Sandbridge is such a cozy small area, yet close enough to enjoy all that Virginia Beach has to offer. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!! The house was good but not great but the pool deck/patio and outdoor cabana was terrible. There were hundreds of dead bugs everywhere. I understand that a beach house is going to have bugs but it was more than I would have expected. There were items from a previous stay in the side yard and a bag that looked like it had been under the exterior steps for months. We had a good time and made the best of it but when you’re paying almost 30k, for a 1week stay, we expected better. So many things to do, amazing views, great amenities. They had all the kitchen cookware you could ever hope for, there were pool toys, beach chairs, even paddle boards. It was nice that towels and linens were provided. There were a lot of spider on the decks and pool area, but that is to be expected being right on the beach. There was a little sand on the stairs when arrived, it was not significant, otherwise all clean. Be prepared to travel for groceries, but it was worth it being far away from the heavily populated areas. We were celebrating my wedding and Sandbridge Real Estate hand delivered me flowers and a card! They went above and beyond to make our stay the vacation of my dreams! ##### katherine t.
