There were homeless folks sleeping under the bridge, but safety was not a concern. Plenty of room in the house though we were disappointed that the house did not take advantage of the potential views when inside. The living room and kitchen furnishings were very basic and not terribly comfortable, but ok for a short stay. No lamps in the living room, only an overhead light. Master bath sink has a leak. AC worked fine. Very clean. 2 broken chairs on the front porch but there were adirondack chairs on the deck. Bring provisions as the cabinets had minimal dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, and cookware. Beds were great. Check-in and communication was very smooth.
