This beautifully maintained two-level home offers the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor fun.  
  
The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a twin bed, the other with a twin and a pull out twin trundle, a full hall bathroom that is conveniently located by the entry to the pool area, and a family room complete with a sectional sofa, large-screen TV, and a wet bar with beverage cooler. There is also a table and four chairs ideal for playing board games, cards, or building puzzles. Step outside from this level to enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, and a corn hole game. Catch some rays on the pool deck or relax under the shaded seating!  
  
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open family room with large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area with plenty of seating, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your family's favorite meals. Off of the kitchen is a comfortable sunroom perfect for relaxing read, or have a seat on the screened porch around the fire pit table and catch up on good family conversation. Down the hall you will find a Primary suite with King size bed and private bath, 2 additional bedrooms with Queen size beds, a full hall bath and a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.  
  
And just a short distance away, the beach awaits, where you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, relaxing, fishing, and building sandcastles.
