The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a twin bed, the other with a twin and a pull out twin trundle, a full hall bathroom that is conveniently located by the entry to the pool area, and a family room complete with a sectional sofa, large-screen TV, and a wet bar with beverage cooler. There is also a table and four chairs ideal for playing board games, cards, or building puzzles. Step outside from this level to enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, and a corn hole game. Catch some rays on the pool deck or relax under the shaded seating! Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open family room with large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area with plenty of seating, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your family's favorite meals.
