Room 603 has a whole in the wall that looks like someone in 604 could look through and see into 603. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was closed the whole time and the hotel has a help wanted sign up so they are short staffed. We did enjoy the oceanfront view though.

When arriving at our room door we were met with an unexpected surprise! Our room door was broke, our key cards would not open our door, we waited for 35 minutes for an employee to get there, & then once we finally made it in our door was BROKEN. We had to leave our belongings in our room with the door wide open. They did not move our room, they did not offer us a discount, and treated us awful when asking for accommodations. We paid almost 1000 for a 3 nights stay and we had no room service, no housekeeping, no breakfast offered a the facility, & I had to have my two children in a room that the door was broke. On top of all that the TV in the room was broken and it was horrible trying to get anyone there to assist me.

Stayed there for 2nights, booked for 5 persons, only had space for 4. There was only 3 towels, requested for more but they never came. Did not have room service or even housekeeping even if you stay for more than a night. Only good thing was that they had parking and the view was beach front.

I had to wait over 3 hrs for my room, whiles other that came after us got theirs Me my husband and my 3 children, it took us over 3 hrs to get our room, … I came all the way from New York to have a good weekend and ended up suffer and fatigue waiting, plus the pool is dirty the water was filthy, the elevator is not clean at all. The parking lot is full. I had to go across the street to park my car. The balcony is not clean at all. The chairs on the balcony is full with sea sand, like it was never wiped. The beddings and bellows smells so terrible. It was never changed. Wish this have a negative -0 to rate.
