The hotel has potential but it is dirty and noisy. The floor of the hotel room was sticky and dirty and i didn’t trust walking around barefoot. It was overpriced for how dirty and noisy it was. I was afraid they might have bed bugs. Surprisingly i did not see any bugs. They don’t require a deposit like most hotels so for this reason they attract an interesting crowd. No pet fees was a plus. (I had one pet) They do have a small refrigerator in room but no microwave. Spacious room size. Very close to a loud highway. People in surrounding rooms were making noise all night. (Sounded like domestic disputes) People walking around all hours of the night. I smelled weed everywhere even though they claim to be a smoke free hotel. Saw signs for human trafficking in lobby and Signs in room to lock up for safety security, Red flags! Bathroom had someone else’s hair all over the floor from a prior stay. Random people seemed to be parked in the parking lot (not monitored) top floor air conditioning had vent pipes coming out of building wall that stuck out and leak all over the sidewalk on the ground floor below. Constantly leaking water and it leaked onto my stuff when I was getting my things from my car, Very disgusting! Elevators and walkways were dirty. Not worth the money paid. If u have pets and don’t have a credit card to pay a deposit and don’t require a clean room, then this place might just be for you. If not, there is much better options for 20$ more dollars a night elsewhere.

Rooms were filthy and tub was clogged so the water filled in the tub while trying to shower and the toilet stopped flushing . Got moved to another room , that water never got hot . The staff was professional ; however the GM never returned my call for a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Mrs.Shaquelia,Mrs.Terriel and Mrs.Samantha are front desk staff members,I came in on a Friday,the lobby was wall to wall.So many ppl checking in,And other guests just needed the regular necessities,One of the ladies were leaving during all of this,But they managed to keep everything and everyone in line,And was very professional about it.I was pleased.Other than that the pool was refreshing and you were minutes from grocery store etc.

The property is not in the best condition. Bathroom was terrible and needed renovated badly. Floor in the bedroom was slippery and dirty. Very poor cleanliness for a hotel. Location was fine, close to a shopping center and parking was free. Would not recommend.

There were druggies all over the property. Very unsafe. Always smelled like weed. Always hearing noises outside. Not family friendly or kid friendly at all. The room was clean the first day, no one came from housekeeping after that for two days. Everything seems old and scary and broken into. Highly do not recommend.

I wish I did further research on this specific property. I’ve stayed at other motels and this is by far the worst one. I had to switch rooms because the tub had this long red stain in it and it looked like black mold was developing around the light switch. Don’t get me started on the smell. It smelled so bad in the room. The new room was a little better but still had a smell. I had to buy some cleaning products to do housekeeping’s job. I only showered in there once and felt so gross. The next day I showered at my family’s house because I just couldn’t do it again. It’s a never for me again.
