This popular semi-oceanfront house offers across-the-street beach access and great ocean views; from the crow's nest you can see the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the Back Bay. The landscaped fenced-in yard has a play area, heated salt-water pool, and a hot tub with pergola. The house has two dishwashers and two full-size refrigerators; the dining area can seat up to 24 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is an open floorplan upstairs as well as a beachside sunroom, and downstairs there is a family game room with a pool table. The six bedrooms include 4 king and 2 bunkrooms, suitable for multiple families or large groups. Enter the first-floor foyer and to your left is a master bedroom (king) with private bathroom and spa tub. To your right are two bunkrooms: each bunkroom has two bunkbeds (twin-over-double) and the bunkrooms share a full bathroom. The game room has an 8-foot pool table, TV, and seating area. The second full-size refrigerator is on this level along with an oversize washer and dryer. Sliding doors open to a lower deck overlooking the saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, and pool area with seating. From the foyer, or using the outside stairs from the pool area, you access the upper floor. The great room has an oversized dining table, bar seating and a separate game table; the seating area has ocean views and a wide-screen SMART TV. The sunroom can be closed off as a quiet area/extra bedroom. The kitchen has two dishwashers and an extensive assortment of utensils/pots/pans/baking/serving and tableware for large groups. The second floor back deck has a gas grill and dining and seating areas. The front deck has seating and stairs up to a crow's nest which has additional seating. On the upper level there are three more bedrooms: a second master bedroom (king) with private bathroom and spa tub and two other bedrooms (both king) that share a full bathroom. A port-a-crib and highchair are provided along with games, puzzles, books, and DVDs; every bedroom has a TV. The landscaped yard has an enclosed play area and well-behaved dogs are permitted. The house is at the south end of Sandbridge, within walking distance to the public tennis courts, little island park, and the fishing pier. No places close by to go out to eat. Great beach access across the street. The house was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Easy living areas in the kitchen, family room and back deck table area. The house was great and our family enjoyed the pool immensely. However there were 2 days we were in a heat advisory. The upstairs of the house got very warm all afternoon, in the upper eighties, and evening for 2 days. I called and they told me there was not much they could do about it. I ask for fans but the didn’t have any. The lady said they had extreme heat the week before also. Im wondering if there a/c units are not big enough to handle the extreme heat. Maybe this is something they need to check into. Otherwise we had a great time with our family. ##### Shelia L. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Adrienne K. 19 mai 2024 #### Family get together 2024 Everything great upon arrival, however, first day we discovered several isuues. • screen doors on sliding doors most off tracks and came off • hot tub not available for one day because it needed chemicals and needed to be drained •outdoor shower needed to be cleaned by guest before it could be used •dishwashers, one leaked, but no warning to let guests know not to use it, 2nd dishwasher, top shelf was broke •furniture on back deck is rusty •heated pool is NOT heated and liner needs repair •for future guests it should list on the the Sandbridge management group package what guests need to bring,such as dishwasher soap, kitchen towels and dishcloths etc. guests don’t mind bringing these items if they know ahead of time. •there is a lockbox, for a linen package on the front entrance, but nothing was explained anywhere about said box. The information given was vague, we did not open it up during our stay •the amenities were not listed prior to our stay, for example, there were two keurigs, no coffee pot, and no pods or nothing prior information about keurigs •the dryer has a dangerous lint trap that we tried to remedy by vacuuming some of the lint in the trap, our view, it was a fire hazard to use •despite the many issues, these things did not stop our family being together and enjoying each other ##### Adrienne K.
