This private basement unit is designed for comfort and convenience, with modern touches throughout.  
  
Living & Dining  
\- Relax in the welcoming living area with a cozy seating area and a stylish white-painted brick fireplace.  
\- Enjoy a movie night on the 50\` HDTV with Roku.  
\- A dining table for four is perfect for sharing meals or playing board games.  
  
Kitchen  
\- The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, and toaster.  
\- We provide a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper), and a full set of dishes, silverware, and bakeware.

Pet Policy: We would love to welcome up to 2 dogs per stay!   
  
Trash Policy: Place all trash in the dumpster in the back of the complex. We do not recycle at this time.   
  
Laundry: Laundry is not available on the complex. Use a local laundromat if needed.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this location but a different unit each time. I like that it's pet friendly and it's so close to the beach. Just across Atlantic and you're there. Easy walking distance.
