- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

4. Is the pool open year-round?
- The pool is available seasonally from April to October.

5. Are linens and towels provided?
- Yes, fresh sheets, pillowcases, and a towel set per guest are included. Additional linens can be rented.

6. Is the elevator working?
- The elevator is working!


Cancellation Policy: Guest can cancel for up to 50% refund for 30 days prior to their stay; after 30 days, host keeps 100% of fees

House Rules- We want you to have a great time, so here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Smoking: Please keep the indoors smoke-free.
2. Pets: We can’t accommodate pets at this time. ($500 fee per pet)
3. Dish Duty: If you use dishes, a quick wash and putting them back is appreciated!
4. Furniture: Feel free to rearrange, just return everything to its spot and turn off lights and appliances before you leave.
5. Safety: Lock doors and windows before leaving, and please take out the trash.
6. Mess?: If something needs extra cleaning, let us know.
7. Guest Limit: Up to 3 guests per bedroom for maximum comfort.
8. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $110.
