"Love the modern decor, love the clean spacious room, love the closeness to the highway, restaurants and shopping. But what I love the most is the friendly staff, the activity handwritten suggestion wall and the billiard right beside a beautiful hand painted wall of Naperville. Tru was truly the best overall hotel experience my family and I had during our long US roadtrip, 5 st🌟rs all the way!!!"

"Great hotel. Comfortable, spacious room. Good breakfast. Clean, welcoming space. Comfortable bed & bedding. Quality shampoo/conditioner/lotion. My only complaint was that they didn't restock the hot items at the breakfast and turned off the fresh yogurt machine (which would have been lovely to experience) with 20-30 minutes left. We got in very late and were looking forward to some solid protein to start the day, so it felt like a penalty for not being early birds. They also knocked on the door 10 min before we were due to checkout and it felt like they were rushing us out."
