« Beautiful property right on the lake. Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was wonderful. The hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly. The only negative feedback we have is the room we selected didn't have a fridge but maybe thats an option for a nicer room but yea that would be my only suggestion put atleast a mini fridge in each room. »

« The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. »

One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. « We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! »

« This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. »
