The room we had was clean and comfortable. Our view is the rotunda but it was quiet. We feel safe in and out of the hotel. Most important, they don't have bedbugs

It was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly, and the "formule" breakfast was really delicious. I found the bed a bit soft for my taste, and it was slightly odd having the toilet (with no basin) separate from the rest of the bathroom, but overall a good base for exploring the city centre without breaking the bank. Parking is tricky in the area though - if you need to come by car, look up a reservable parking garage with eg BePark or QPark (we found one in Rue Terre-Neuve, only a couple of minutes walk away, which seemed a better option than the more general carpark suggested by the hotel.

Perfect for our few days in Brussels. Great location right between the centre and Brussels Midi station. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The beds were really comfortable and the room was ideal for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel does not have some of the most basic thing like a closet or shelf in the bathroom. Room was very small. Hallways are cold as it’s all concrete. Towels were on a wooden crate under the sink. To hang you clothes was an iron pipe. Beds were made daily but never changed for the 4 nights we were there! 2 people in the room but 1 teabag and cup. It was never emptied and given fresh cups. You can liquid soap and that’s it. One pillow. This is a minimalist hotel! Location was close to center but nothing around to hotel.

Dear Sharazade,Thank you for your comment. Indeed, the hotel has made the artistic choice to move towards a neo-industrial style with which the majority of our guests are satisfied. As a result, we've opted for rooms that are more spacious and less cluttered with wardrobes that can take up an enormous amount of space. Room sizes are clearly indicated on all our platforms. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you have received a message clearly indicating the characteristics of your room and inviting you to request an upgrade at an additional cost if your room is not to your liking. Unfortunately, we have had no further communication from you. We regret that you found our corridors cold during the few minutes it took you to cross them to reach your room. Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the walls of our corridors are not covered in concrete, but were capped in places, and left in exposed brick in other places. This underlines the neo-industrial style we've opted for. All our photos are available on our various platforms. We're also delighted that you enjoyed our wooden crates, which are a reminder of our charming country's brewing culture. We regret that you did not call reception to inform us of the lack of cups in your room. Our team is here to solve this kind of problem, unfortunately, without communication it is difficult to resolve them. As for shampoo, there is no obligation for a 3* hotel to provide all bath products, as stipulated on our platforms. We wish you an excellent day and look forward to welcoming you.

Irinie checked me in and she was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. After a long travel day, my room was ready earlier. This hotel is cery convenient and the tourist areas are all ealkable.

The property wasn’t a far walk from the Brussels MIDI station and not a very far walk from The Grand Place. The area around the hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe while walking around. The hotel itself was well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Relatively good location and great staff
A nice but a bit overpriced hotel for its facilities though Brussels is generally expensive compared to France or Germany for example. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and even let me check in early. Loved the bed - very comfortable and big but disliked the very weak stream in the shower, lack of soundproofing between the room and the hallway and lack of storage to unpack properly.

My room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom with a big walk in shower. The air-con worked well. There was no storage though with only a hanging rail, no drawers or shelving etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was less than 10 mins walking to the main square.

The hotel is close to the city center and in a nice building. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are cleverly designed but small. The bar across the street was building shaking noisy on Sunday until 2am.

Greeting was amazing and we were cared for. Close to the train station only 10 euros. Area is more local than touristy. We spent an afternoon just visiting the cafes around the square. Very close to the tourist areas. Room was amazing, clean, secure, great AC, view was spectacular, water jug with charcoal was a great touch. Bed was very comfy. Great shower pressure, roomy, on and on. Will be back again.

Great boutique hotel
Great boutique hotel with good environmental credentials. Central location close to Eurostar station and Grand Place. Excellent locally sourced food. ......and, don't complain about the plastic pipe in the water jug as I have seen on some posts - this is natural charcoal to filter your tap water!

Just ok.
The hotel was fine. I did not like the neighborhood. It was convenient for walking to the main sites but it felt a bit unsafe on some nights. There was a fight outside in the square on my last night. That is not the hotels fault, but still i felt uneasy. Also drunks yelling in the hallways on the Friday night. The hotel was very clean and friendly, but i wouldnt stay there again.

Also, we secure the hotel for the 1% left and close the door at 11pm. Also, our hotel is equipped by multi cctv and an extra door inside the hotel that allow only our guest to access in. No smile or acknowledgment on arrival by receptionist, after check in he sat on sofa with feet up on the table. I have never seen this behaviour in any other hotel I have stayed in before, the room was very small the only good point was the bathroom.

The location was perfect! The staff was amazing and the room I booked (solo) was perfect. It was just what i needed. Comfortable, slept well and breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again. Hoping I have the opportunity to return with my family in the future.
