"Excellent rooms. Breakfast was understaff, two ladies for a humongous room. The lobby area had no A/C, that for a 5 star shouldn’t be. Other than that discomfort that with Spain’s heat wave didn’t allow us to use the beautiful bar in the afternoon, it was a good stay either way wonderful memories!!!"

"Hotel op minder dan 4 min. stappen van de kathedraal en het historische centrum. Mooie kamer, maar je kan geen douche nemen zonder de helft van de badkamer onder water te zetten. Verder was de wifi op de kamer zeer zwak en viel het regelmatig weg."

"The hotel was great, one of the best we stayed in during our trip. We were dependent on WiFi however and the WiFi in our room only worked by the door to our room. I ended up working with my computer in my lap in a chair pulled up to the door. Also a little inconvenient that breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, and would have cost 12€ extra per person for a rather spare breakfast. Luckily there’s a grocery store within 5 min walk and elevator ride."
