"The chalet was great, in a great location close to all amenities and the Diable lift. However, I would not recommend for 10 adults due to the beds in one of the rooms. There were 4 “beds” in one room which is advertised but in a very tiny room and not comfortable for 4 adults. All other rooms were great. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
