"The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it."

"This is a must go and visit. We visited the ranch in November of this year and can not say enough about our stay. We were greeted by our host immediately upon arriving, even though it was late in the evening. The setting in the evening was beautiful, with lights and plants everywhere. The next morning the scene was just as beautiful. Lovely gardens and the most friendly dogs every, and a peaceful tranquility. We were taken care of for our stay by the other host and chef, George! George was amazing, a great host with lots of information and an amazing chef. We were pampered and treated well every part of the stay. George made the stay wonderful and really makes this ranch what it is. We do recommend the horse back ride to the waterfall, peaceful and serene are the best words we can come up with. We would like to thank all the wonderful staff for their kindness and hospitality. We strongly recommend this stay for anyone and everyone. "

"The property I gorgeous and small, so very few guests. It's ideal if you just want to stay in the property and relax. The staff was next level, the restaurant was very good and all the areas are very clean and beautiful. If you do want to walk around the town it's not a long walk but, like most of Valle, it's a lot of steep streets so Taxi's are more viable. Will definitely go back!"
