"We had an anazing time at the Hotel, the breakfast was the best one so far during our trip in Italy! The hot tub in the room was a blast! The kids really enjoyed! "It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable with all supplies needed for our stay. The view was spectacular. We walked in and out of town frequently, even with the 176 stairs, it didn’t take us as long as we were anticipating. Our host Cinzia was lovely and helped us order a taxi to the train when we were having difficulty with our Italian. Mosquitoes were plentiful in Rapallo, so bring repellent. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rapallo. "
