« One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. « C'est un très bel hôtel, c'est déjà la troisième fois que nous y sommes allés. Nous avons profité d'une grande chambre. Les petits déjeuners sont très variés (sauf le dernier jour où nous n'avons rien eu alors que l'accueil savait que nous partions très tôt). Les serveurs font l'effort de parler Français. Le parc autour de l'hôtel est bien fleuri et entretenu et il y a deux piscines dont une couverte. L'hôtel est situé à 800 m du centre, avec une bonne grimpette mais il semble bien mieux que...

"L’hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville, sur la mer, à proximité d’innombrables restaurants et à distance de marche des sites intéressants de la ville. Ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus moderne mais c’est le mieux situé. Les installations sont très propres et confortables, le personnel est aimable et serviable, que ce soit le gérant M.de Sousa, les femmes de ménage, les préposés à la réception, les serveurs, les barmen, tous ont été d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et les produits sont bons. C’est un hôtel parfait pour des vacances et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. "
