"Perfect Experience. Staff at reception when we arrived was super nice. She went out of her way to help us with plates and lighter (as we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday), so was super happy with her. Same for breakfast, we were only 2 people in that hotel for that night (due to off season) but had full menu prepared for breakfast. Which says a lot about the standard this hotel is maintaining. "Of our 2 weeks in Norway, this was our least favorite stay. The beds were tucked away upon arrival, so we had to set up and put bedding on beds. Made sense though, because when set up, there is no room to walk to use bathroom, kitchenette or balcony. The beds were not comfortable and the pool wasn’t working, so we didn’t enjoy our visit."

"Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!"
