You would need a car, however. Breakfast was so-so, but we ate dinner in their restaurant one night and it was quite good, although expensive. We rented one of the rooms with a private bathroom. Very nice updated unit. Not very large but fit our family of 3 just fine. Outside deck with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend if you are partaking in any of the activities Loen has to offer. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places. Stort rom med enorm seng. Deilig med boblebad på rommet. Balkongen var lite innbydende da den vendte ut mot vegen med mye støy. When I asked when we could use it, we were told that they could just switch the lights on. So I said that we would come the next morning. Then there was a different person in the reception and we were not let in. We then got into the pool as an alternative at 10:45, but at 11:00 we were asked to leave as the reception was closing.
